As prime consultants, our firm has recently completed the contract documents for this existing police facility that had to be renovated and added on to, in order to accommodate the need for the processing of persons on bail or to monitor persons who have served their time.

Our firm also prepared the Site Control application form, necessary drawings and coordination to ensure a smooth approval process.

We have incorporated durable construction detailing and material selection to meet the tough wear on this building, and developed an economical masonry cladding system.
