This old industrial building was adapted for the maintenance / service garage for Metropolitan Toronto’s police vehicles. From the findings and recommendations of the Metropolitan Toronto Building Audit study, a budget was allocated for concrete flooring restoration, new CO extraction and drainage system. Our firm was retained as prime consultant to prepare the contract documents and coordinated the subconsultants to carry out the above work. A phasing plan was established in order to minimize operational disruption and maintain security.
