Our firm was retained as police consultant to determine the program, architectural technical requirements, performance specifications, and conceptual design for a 200,000 sq.ft. multipurpose Police facility. These documents were part of the total package that the prime consultant Delcan Corporation coordinated on behalf of the Region of Peel for the short listed Design Build teams to bid.

The facility included a 270 degree firing range, gym, evidence storage, tactical vehicle garage, classrooms and lecture theatre. Site planning was also developed to meet the rezoning requirements of the City of Mississauga. The concept included the sharing of common functions for all of the varied staff.
