This was a comprehensive study including community profile determination, Police and Fire staff and space requirements, site analysis/evaluation and selection. As well, the scope of work included the conceptual organization of the new public safety (police and fire) facility on the recommended site. Related total project costs and scheduling were also provided.

Lastly, the various municipal departments were spatially reorganised into the proposed vacated police department area within the adjacent Civic Center.

In our presentation, the City Council approved of this study and the New Pulic Safety Facility was completed basedupon our recomendations.
