Nelson Wong Architect Inc. completed a Needs Assessment Study for the Victoria Police Department with a projected total staff size of 305. His firm's responsibility included the analysis of the community profile and police operation, and to project staff and space requirements to the year 2013. The projected floor area of 66,000 Gross sq.ft. was determined. Recommendations were prepared in a report which formed the basis for the site planning, building design, and construction of this project. A new site had been found for this facility and construction is completed.
